Ordering

There are 2 ways of making orders.

  1. Directly adding the product to your shopping cart. If there's no missing information, we will directly process the order after payment. If there's more information or confirmation needed, our sales rep will approach to you.
  2. Contact our sales rep and we will send you Proforma Invoice(PI).

Either way, we strongly suggest you contact our sales rep before you make orders to fully understand the product features, price, lead time and logistics information. Our expert will provide you professional support and consultancy.

Payment

  1. Online payment at the store.

  2. Or contact our sales rep for bank transfer(TT)/Paypal/Alipay/Wechat pay according to the proforma invoice(PI).

Shipping & Delivery

After receiving your order, our team will process and prepare your items for shipment. Most orders with existing stock are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a notification and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Normally you will receive your product within 7-15 days.

There are 3 ways of shipping method.

  1. DDP. We will handle all the process including international shipping/customs clearance/local door-to-door delivery.
  2. DAP. We will use fast express like DHL/UPS, etc, and when products come to your country, you need to do the customs clearance by yourself.
  3. EXW. If you have your fowarder in China or fast express account, you may send them to pick up from our company in ShenZhen, or we can ship to your address in China for free.
